Product Demonstration: Demonstrate the features, benefits, and value proposition of products or services to prospects during sales presentations. Address customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Close deals and obtain signed contracts or purchase orders from customers. Account Management: Manage relationships with existing customers to nurture loyalty, retention, and repeat business. Provide ongoing support, follow-up, and upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics using CRM software or other sales tracking tools. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales progress and achievements. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback from the field to inform strategic decision-making. Goal Setting: Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and goals for assigned territories or product categories. Develop action plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth. Time Management: Manage time effectively to prioritize sales activities, appointments, and follow-up tasks. Balance prospecting efforts with customer visits and administrative duties to maximize productivity and sales effectiveness.
