Presenting products, services, and solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Discussing pricing, terms, and contractual agreements with customers. Negotiating sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and closing deals. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Providing ongoing support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Gathering feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement or new product development. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Tracking sales activities, pipeline development, and progress towards sales targets. Generating regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Product Knowledge and Training: Staying updated on product features, specifications, and benefits. Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinating with marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and service delivery. Providing feedback to internal stakeholders to improve marketing strategies and product offerings. Adherence to Sales Policies and Procedures: Following company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
