Sales Presentations: Conducting sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of products or services, and persuading customers to make a purchase. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers or clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and buying behavior, and providing personalized solutions and support to meet their requirements. Sales Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers or clients to close deals and achieve sales targets, while maximizing profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction. Order Processing: Processing sales orders, preparing quotes, invoices, and sales contracts, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products or services to customers. Market Research: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and leveraging this information to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, emails, and follow-ups, and reporting sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline status to management. Customer Service: Providing ongoing customer support and assistance, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of the products or services offered by the company, and effectively communicating this information to customers. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, product developments, sales techniques, and best practices through ongoing training, self-study, and participation in professional development activities. Travel: Traveling to customer locations, trade shows, industry events, and other relevant venues as required to conduct sales meetings, presentations, and networking activities. Feedback and Improvement: Seeking feedback from customers, colleagues, and supervisors on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement, and implementing changes or adjustments to sales strategies and approaches as needed.
