We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Palakkad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients in Palakkad and surrounding areas. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective clients. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide regular feedback to management regarding sales performance and market trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in the Palakkad region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Willingness to travel within Palakkad and nearby areas as required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Valid driver's license and own transportation.
