We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Malappuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Responsibilities: Conducting market research to identify potential clients and evaluating their needs. Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Visiting clients on-site to present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition. Negotiating contracts and terms of agreement to close sales and achieve revenue targets. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the [industry-specific] sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
