Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers. Overcoming objections and closing sales to achieve revenue targets and quotas. Customer Relationship Management: Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers. Providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries or concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Gathering insights to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
