Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales agreements and close deals. Overcome objections, address concerns, and build rapport to facilitate successful negotiations and achieve sales targets. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects to foster loyalty, trust, and repeat business. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities to stay top-of-mind and deepen engagement with customers. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales process. Keep accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and outcomes using CRM software or sales tracking tools. Market Intelligence and Feedback: Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies, product development, and marketing initiatives. Share insights and observations with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned territory by prioritizing sales activities, optimizing travel routes, and maximizing time spent with prospects and customers. Plan and organize your schedule to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize sales productivity. Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships and generate referrals. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets, measure results, and identify areas for improvement.
