Researching industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations and delivering sales presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions. Customizing presentations to address specific needs and challenges of prospects to effectively close sales. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships and customer loyalty. Understanding customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors to provide personalized solutions and recommendations. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals and achieve sales targets. Handling objections and overcoming challenges to successfully close sales and drive revenue growth. Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales goals and objectives. Setting realistic sales targets, forecasting sales volumes, and tracking performance against targets. Market Intelligence and Feedback: Gathering market intelligence and competitor insights to identify opportunities and threats in the market. Providing feedback from customers regarding product/service offerings and market needs to inform product development and marketing strategies. Customer Service and Support: Providing post-sale support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Following up with customers to obtain feedback, build relationships, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Generating regular reports and analysis to track sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
