Client Acquisition: Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce products or services, understand their needs and requirements, and present compelling sales pitches or demonstrations to win new business. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with prospective clients to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of products or services, and address any objections or concerns they may have. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized attention, excellent customer service, and ongoing support throughout the sales process and beyond to foster loyalty and repeat business. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales agreements and achieve revenue targets, using persuasive communication skills, effective sales techniques, and a customer-centric approach. Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, including regular check-ins, follow-up calls, and proactive communication to address their needs, provide product updates, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitive insights by monitoring industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, and share relevant information with internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or sales tracking tools, and provide regular updates and forecasts to sales management. Field Visits and Travel: Conduct field visits and travel within your assigned territory or region to meet with clients, attend meetings, participate in trade shows or events, and represent the company professionally in all interactions. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, specifications, applications, and benefits, and continuously update your product knowledge through training sessions, product demonstrations, and self-study to effectively communicate value to customers. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences, preferences, and needs, and relay this information to relevant departments within the organization to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
