Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitive insights by monitoring competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback. Provide feedback and recommendations to management based on market observations and customer interactions. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, opportunities, and outcomes. Use sales tracking tools, CRM systems, or spreadsheets to track progress and report on sales performance metrics. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, track interactions, and maintain communication with prospects and clients.
