Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door visits. Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behaviors. Provide personalized product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential customers. Sales Negotiation and Closure: Present product features, benefits, and pricing options persuasively to secure sales agreements and contracts. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including discounts, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM systems or sales tracking tools. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review. Market Expansion and Growth: Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and increase market share within assigned territories. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives. Customer Service and Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide after-sales support, including product training, troubleshooting, and warranty information. Adherence to Sales Targets and KPIs: Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization. Continuously assess performance metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance.
