You highlight unique selling points and differentiate your offerings from competitors. Relationship Building: You establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and confidence through regular communication and follow-up. You act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process. Sales Negotiation: You negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospects to reach mutually beneficial agreements. You address objections, overcome obstacles, and handle objections to secure commitments and close deals. Order Processing: You manage the sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, contracts, and paperwork. You collaborate with internal teams, such as sales support, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth order execution.
