Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of products or services. Tailor sales pitches to address the specific needs, challenges, and pain points of each prospect. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence through effective communication, professionalism, and responsiveness. Listen actively to customer feedback, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and follow up on commitments to foster long-term relationships and repeat business. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements with clients to close sales and secure commitments. Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop and execute strategic sales plans and territory management strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Set realistic sales quotas, establish sales forecasts, and track progress against targets using CRM systems or sales tracking tools. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace. Gather competitive intelligence, analyze market data, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and positioning. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of the products or services offered by the company. Stay updated on product enhancements, new releases, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Sales Administration: Complete administrative tasks related to sales activities, including preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, and documenting sales interactions in CRM systems or sales databases. Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and comply with company policies and procedures. Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and assistance to customers, including resolving issues, addressing complaints, and facilitating product deliveries or installations. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts to track sales performance, evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
