Pipeline Management: Managing and updating sales pipeline and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate and timely information on leads, prospects, and sales activities. Customer Service and Support: Providing post-sale support, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Liaising with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to coordinate efforts, align strategies, and maximize sales opportunities.
