Lead Generation: Generating leads and opportunities through proactive outreach, such as door-to-door visits, field demonstrations, and participation in events or trade shows. Client Meetings: Conducting face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients to understand their needs, present product or service offerings, and negotiate terms and pricing. Product Demonstrations: Demonstrating product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects in-person to showcase the product's capabilities and address any questions or concerns. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized service to foster trust and loyalty. Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling sales presentations and pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of prospects, highlighting the unique selling points of the product or service. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with prospects to secure sales and achieve revenue targets, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales process, and updating CRM systems or databases accordingly. Market Intelligence: Gathering market intelligence and competitor insights from field observations and customer interactions to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. Customer Feedback: Soliciting and gathering feedback from customers regarding product satisfaction, service quality, and improvement opportunities to relay to internal teams and enhance the customer experience. Reporting and Analysis: Generating sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insights to management on sales trends, opportunities, and challenges.
