Articulate product specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages to persuade customers and close sales. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with customers to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Overcome objections, address concerns, and provide solutions to meet customer requirements and expectations. Order Processing: Process sales orders, contracts, and paperwork accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics, operations, and customer support, to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Provide feedback and insights to management on market conditions and customer needs. Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records, activity reports, and customer databases using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to measure individual and team effectiveness. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships and loyalty. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and applications to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits to customers. Attend product training sessions and participate in ongoing learning and development activities. Travel and Territory Management: Plan and organize daily sales activities, including customer visits, meetings, and appointments, within assigned territories.
