Coordinators ensure that vendors deliver services according to agreed-upon terms and within the allocated budget. Budget Management: Event coordinators create and manage budgets, ensuring that expenses stay within the approved limits. They track costs, negotiate pricing with vendors, and seek cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Timeline Development: Coordinators create detailed event timelines outlining tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities for all involved parties.
