Job description

Curriculum Development: Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and learning activities aligned with curriculum standards and educational objectives. Design engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Language Instruction: Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Provide instruction in grammar, vocabulary, syntax, and pronunciation to help students develop proficiency in English communication. Literature Study: Introduce students to literary works from different genres, periods, and cultures. Facilitate discussions, analysis, and interpretation of literary texts to foster critical thinking, cultural awareness, and appreciation for literature. Writing Instruction: Guide students in the writing process, from brainstorming and drafting to revising and editing. Teach writing techniques, organizational strategies, and stylistic conventions for various forms of writing, such as essays, narratives, and research papers. Reading Comprehension: Enhance students' reading comprehension skills by teaching strategies for text analysis, inference-making, and comprehension monitoring. Help students develop vocabulary, reading fluency, and comprehension skills through guided reading activities. Oral Communication: Foster oral communication skills through class discussions, presentations, and collaborative activities. Encourage students to express their ideas, opinions, and perspectives effectively in spoken English. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, such as quizzes, tests, essays, projects, and presentations.
