Job description

Curriculum Development: Planning and designing English language and literature curriculum that aligns with educational standards, learning objectives, and students' needs and interests. Lesson Planning: Creating engaging and interactive lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods, activities, and resources to facilitate student learning and comprehension. Instruction and Delivery: Delivering effective instruction in English language skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Using a variety of teaching strategies, multimedia tools, and instructional technologies to engage students and enhance learning outcomes. Literature Analysis: Introducing students to literary works from various genres, time periods, and cultures. Teaching students how to analyze and interpret literature, identify literary elements and themes, and appreciate literary techniques and styles. Language Development: Helping students develop proficiency in English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency. Providing opportunities for language practice and reinforcement through speaking, writing, and listening activities. Assessment and Evaluation: Assessing student learning and progress through formative and summative assessments, quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments. Providing constructive feedback to students to support their growth and improvement.
