Job description

Curriculum Development: Designing and developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and learning activities that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives. Tailoring lessons to accommodate students' diverse needs, interests, and learning styles. Instructional Delivery: Delivering engaging and interactive lessons that promote active learning and student participation. Incorporating a variety of teaching methods, techniques, and resources, such as lectures, discussions, group activities, multimedia presentations, and educational technology. Language Skills Development: Teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and listening skills to help students build a strong foundation in English language proficiency. Providing opportunities for students to practice and apply language skills in real-world contexts. Literature Appreciation: Introducing students to literary works, including novels, short stories, poems, and plays, from diverse cultural and historical perspectives. Facilitating discussions, analysis, and interpretation of literary texts to foster critical thinking and appreciation for literature. Writing Instruction: Teaching writing skills, such as sentence structure, paragraph development, essay organization, and creative expression. Providing feedback, guidance, and support to help students improve their writing proficiency and develop their own voice and style. Reading Comprehension: Enhancing students' reading comprehension skills through the exploration of various genres, texts, and reading strategies. Guiding students in analyzing and interpreting texts, identifying main ideas, making inferences, and drawing conclusions. Speaking and Listening: Facilitating opportunities for students to practice speaking and listening skills through discussions, debates, presentations, and oral activities. Providing constructive feedback and coaching to help students improve their pronunciation, fluency, and communication effectiveness.
