Job description

Curriculum Development: Designing and developing engaging lesson plans and curriculum materials that align with educational standards and cater to students' needs and interests. Teaching Language Skills: Teaching students the core language skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening through a variety of instructional methods, activities, and resources. Literature Studies: Introducing students to a wide range of literary genres, authors, and works, and guiding them in analyzing and interpreting texts critically and thoughtfully. Grammar and Vocabulary Instruction: Providing instruction on grammar rules, sentence structure, punctuation, and vocabulary usage to help students improve their written and spoken communication. Language Fluency: Creating opportunities for students to practice and develop their fluency in English through speaking activities, discussions, debates, presentations, and language games. Writing Development: Guiding students through the writing process, from brainstorming and outlining to drafting, revising, and editing, to help them become proficient writers across various genres and purposes. Assessment and Feedback: Assessing students' language proficiency and progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments, and providing constructive feedback to support their growth and development. Differentiation: Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, including English language learners and students with learning challenges or special needs.
