Route Planning: Plan and map out driving routes to reach destinations efficiently, taking into account factors such as traffic congestion, road closures, and construction detours. Use GPS navigation systems or route planning tools to find the most direct and time-efficient routes. Passenger or Cargo Handling: Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, providing assistance as needed, such as helping with luggage or mobility devices. Secure cargo or freight properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport. Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers, clients, or customers. Greet passengers warmly, answer questions, and provide information about routes, schedules, or amenities to ensure a positive experience.
