Safe Operation of Vehicle: Operating the vehicle safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws, regulations, and guidelines. Adhering to speed limits, traffic signals, and road signs to ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users. Vehicle Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance checks on the vehicle, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, brakes, lights, and signals. Reporting any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for timely repairs. Route Planning: Planning and selecting the most efficient and safe routes to reach destinations, considering factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and road closures. Using navigation systems or maps to navigate unfamiliar routes effectively. Passenger Assistance: Assisting passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle, as well as loading and unloading luggage or cargo when applicable. Providing courteous and professional customer service to ensure a positive experience for passengers. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times. Removing trash, debris, and spills from the vehicle interior and washing the exterior regularly to maintain a professional appearance. Adherence to Schedule: Following schedules and timetables to ensure timely arrival and departure from designated locations. Communicating with passengers or dispatchers regarding any delays or changes to the schedule. Safety Precautions: Enforcing safety precautions and protocols, such as wearing seat belts and securing cargo properly, to prevent accidents or injuries. Maintaining a safe driving distance from other vehicles and avoiding risky behaviors such as distracted driving or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Emergency Response: Responding calmly and appropriately to emergency situations such as accidents, breakdowns, or medical emergencies. Contacting emergency services and providing assistance to passengers or others involved in the incident as needed. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance activities, and any incidents or accidents that occur during driving. Completing required documentation and reports in a timely manner.
