Vehicle Maintenance: You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in good working condition before each trip. This includes performing routine maintenance checks, such as checking tire pressure, fluid levels, brakes, lights, and signals. Route Planning: You plan efficient routes to reach your destination on time, considering factors such as traffic conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. You may use GPS navigation systems or maps to find the best routes. Customer Service: If you're a passenger driver (e.g., taxi driver, ride-hailing driver), you provide excellent customer service to passengers. Communication Skills: You communicate effectively with passengers, customers, coworkers, and supervisors. This may involve providing updates on your progress, reporting any issues or concerns, and following instructions from dispatchers or supervisors. Professionalism: You represent your company or employer while on the road, so you must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. This includes following company policies and guidelines, treating passengers or customers with respect, and adhering to a code of conduct.
