Vehicle Maintenance: Performing routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and basic repairs to ensure that vehicles are in safe and operable condition. This includes checking fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential components before and after each trip. Navigation: Planning and navigating routes using maps, GPS devices, or navigation apps to determine the most efficient and practical routes to destinations. This involves considering factors such as traffic conditions, road closures, and alternative routes to avoid delays and congestion. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to passengers or clients by greeting them courteously, assisting with loading and unloading luggage or cargo, and addressing any concerns or requests during the journey. This includes maintaining professionalism and responsiveness to ensure passenger satisfaction. Communication: Communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, passengers, or clients to provide updates on trip status, report any issues or incidents, and coordinate logistics as needed. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation of vehicle inspections, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs.
