Route Planning: Planning and selecting the most efficient routes to reach destinations in a timely manner, taking into account factors such as traffic conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. Passenger or Cargo Transport: Transporting passengers, goods, or materials to designated locations according to schedules, delivery instructions, or customer requirements. Customer Service: Providing courteous and professional service to passengers or customers, assisting with boarding and disembarking, and addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests. Cargo Handling: Loading and unloading goods or materials from the vehicle safely and securely, using appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent damage or loss. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of vehicle mileage, trip logs, delivery receipts, or passenger manifests, and submitting required documentation to supervisors or clients as needed. Emergency Response: Responding calmly and effectively to emergencies or accidents on the road, following established procedures for reporting incidents and ensuring the safety of passengers, cargo, and other parties involved.
