Safe Driving: Operate resort vehicles, such as shuttles, vans, or golf carts, safely and responsibly. Adhere to traffic laws, speed limits, and resort vehicle policies at all times to ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians. Guest Transportation: Provide transportation services to guests, including airport transfers, shuttle services to nearby attractions, and intra-resort transportation. Greet guests courteously, assist with luggage, and provide a comfortable and pleasant journey experience. Route Planning: Plan efficient routes and itineraries to optimize transportation services and minimize travel time. Familiarize yourself with local roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns to navigate routes effectively and avoid delays. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of resort vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Check fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential components regularly. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly. Cleanliness and Presentation: Keep resort vehicles clean, tidy, and well-maintained both inside and out. Ensure that vehicles are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with necessary amenities, such as water bottles or maps, to enhance the guest experience. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with passengers, resort staff, and other drivers to coordinate transportation services and provide relevant information. Listen attentively to passenger requests and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers by being courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, offer assistance with luggage, and provide information about resort amenities or nearby attractions. Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies or unexpected situations while on the road. Follow resort protocols for handling emergencies, such as medical incidents, vehicle breakdowns, or adverse weather conditions. Cultural Sensitivity: Respect cultural differences and customs when interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds. Be mindful of cultural norms regarding personal space, communication styles, and etiquette to ensure a positive guest experience. Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty. Dress in appropriate attire, adhere to resort policies and procedures, and conduct yourself in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
