Job description

Product Sourcing: Identify and source products from manufacturers or suppliers to build a diverse product portfolio that meets market demand and customer preferences. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, stock levels, and product availability to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. Warehousing and Storage: Store and organize products in warehouses or distribution centers efficiently to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access for order picking, packing, and shipping. Order Processing: Receive customer orders, process purchase orders, and fulfill customer requests accurately and promptly. Coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Logistics and Transportation: Arrange transportation and logistics services to deliver products to customers' locations or distribution points efficiently and cost-effectively. Coordinate with freight carriers, shipping companies, and logistics providers to manage transportation logistics and shipping schedules. Distribution Network: Establish and manage a distribution network comprising wholesalers, retailers, dealers, and other channel partners to reach target markets and expand market coverage. Customer Service: Provide responsive and effective customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment process. Sales and Marketing Support: Support sales and marketing efforts by providing product information, promotional materials, and sales support to channel partners, retailers, and customers. Collaborate with manufacturers to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive product sales. Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards and industry specifications. Conduct quality control inspections, product testing, and certification processes to maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Financial Management: Manage financial transactions, invoicing, billing, and payment processing with suppliers and customers. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payment and cash flow management. Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct market analysis, trend analysis, and demand forecasting to anticipate market trends, customer preferences, and product demand. Adjust inventory levels and procurement strategies accordingly to meet changing market dynamics and customer needs. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve distribution processes, systems, and practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability. Implement technology solutions, automation tools, and supply chain management software to streamline operations and improve productivity.
