We are seeking a diligent and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in Thrissur. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the kitchen and providing a clean and hygienic environment for our customers. Responsibilities: Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand. Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times. Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and work areas. Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth flow of operations. Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or supervisor. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects occasionally.
