Strategy Development: Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the resort's brand, attract guests, and drive bookings, taking into account the resort's target audience, unique selling points, and business objectives. Website Optimization: Optimizing the resort's website for search engines (SEO) to improve its visibility and ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs), as well as for user experience (UX) to enhance navigation, engagement, and conversion rates. Content Creation: Creating high-quality, engaging content for the resort's website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms, including articles, blog posts, videos, photos, and infographics. Social Media Marketing: Developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, engage with followers, promote special offers and events, and drive traffic to the resort's website and booking channels. Paid Advertising: Managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels, including campaign setup, targeting, ad creative development, budget management, and performance monitoring. Email Marketing: Designing and executing email marketing campaigns to communicate with past, present, and potential guests, including newsletters, promotional emails, automated drip campaigns, and personalized offers. Online Reputation Management: Monitoring and managing the resort's online reputation across review sites, social media platforms, and other online channels, responding to guest reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, email open rates, and ROI on marketing campaigns, and generating regular reports to evaluate performance and inform future strategies.
