Transportation: Delivery executives drive their delivery vehicle to the designated delivery locations, following predetermined routes or instructions provided by dispatchers. Delivery: Upon reaching the destination, they unload the packages and deliver them to the intended recipient. This may involve obtaining signatures, confirming identification, or completing delivery documentation, especially for high-value or sensitive items. Customer Interaction: Delivery executives often serve as the primary point of contact with customers. They provide friendly and professional service, address inquiries, and update customers on delivery status as needed. Vehicle Maintenance: It's their responsibility to ensure that their delivery vehicle is well-maintained and in good working condition. This includes performing routine inspections, reporting any issues, and adhering to safety protocols.
