Job description

Item Delivery: Deliver guest requests, including room service orders, amenities, packages, and special requests, to the appropriate guest rooms or locations within the resort. Food and Beverage Delivery: Transport food and beverage orders from resort restaurants, bars, or catering services to guest rooms, event venues, or designated dining areas. Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and timely delivery to maintain food quality and guest satisfaction. Room Amenities: Deliver requested amenities and supplies to guest rooms, such as towels, toiletries, bedding, pillows, and cribs. Ensure that guest rooms are adequately stocked and prepared according to guest preferences and standards. Luggage Assistance: Assist guests with the transportation of luggage, bags, and belongings to and from their accommodations. Provide luggage storage services, valet assistance, or porterage support as needed. Package Handling: Receive, process, and deliver packages, parcels, and deliveries to guests, ensuring proper handling, tracking, and documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments. Guest Assistance: Provide assistance and information to guests regarding resort facilities, services, and local attractions. Offer recommendations for dining, entertainment, and recreational activities to enhance guests' experience. Safety and Security: Monitor the lobby area for suspicious activity and report any security concerns to appropriate personnel. Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures in the event of fire, medical emergencies, or other incidents. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of delivery vehicles, including golf carts, bicycles, or utility carts, used for transporting items around the resort. Conduct routine inspections, refueling, and minor repairs as necessary. Communication: Maintain effective communication with resort staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, room service attendants, and food and beverage outlets, to coordinate delivery schedules and fulfill guest requests efficiently. Guest Feedback: Solicit feedback from guests regarding delivery services, responsiveness, and satisfaction with delivered items. Address any concerns or issues raised by guests promptly and escalate unresolved matters to management as needed. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of delivery items, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate stock availability for guest requests. Replenish supplies as needed and report any discrepancies or shortages to appropriate personnel. Adherence to Policies: Follow resort policies, procedures, and guidelines related to delivery operations, guest service standards, and safety protocols. Uphold professional conduct and represent the resort positively in interactions with guests and colleagues.
