Problem Resolution: Resolving customer complaints, issues, or disputes in a prompt and effective manner. This may involve investigating the root cause of the problem, empathizing with the customer's perspective, and taking appropriate actions to resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction. Customer Feedback: Collecting, analyzing, and acting upon customer feedback to continuously improve products, services, and customer experiences.
