The Customer Relations Executive (CRE) will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The CRE will serve as a primary point of contact between the company and its clients, striving to maintain excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Customer Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further action. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers. Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service issues for management review. Assist in updating customer databases and contact lists. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in customer service or customer relations role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Fluency in English and Malayalam; additional languages a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
