Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with the company's products or services. This feedback is invaluable for identifying areas of improvement and making necessary changes to enhance customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and usage.
