Customer communication: Interact with customers via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with product or service-related issues. Relationship building: Build rapport and establish trust with customers by actively listening to their needs, empathizing with their concerns, and demonstrating a genuine interest in their satisfaction. Problem resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, or disputes in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex issues to higher levels of management when necessary. Product or service knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, features, pricing, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Customer feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement, and communicate this feedback to relevant departments within the organization to drive continuous improvement efforts. Sales support: Assist with sales-related activities such as order processing, product inquiries, pricing quotes, and sales promotions, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Customer retention: Proactively engage with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs. Follow-up: Follow up with customers after interactions to ensure that their inquiries or issues have been resolved satisfactorily, and to gather feedback on their overall experience with the company. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in customer relationship management (CRM) systems or databases for future reference and analysis. Training and development: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and customer service techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and effectiveness in the role.
