Account Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for designated customers, understanding their needs, and advocating for their interests within the company. Monitoring customer accounts, tracking their engagement, and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience. Conflict Resolution: Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills to achieve positive outcomes. Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or management for resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and closure. Customer Feedback and Analysis: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for service enhancement. Providing insights and recommendations to management based on customer interactions and feedback. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment in customer interactions and service delivery. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to address customer needs and implement solutions that drive customer retention and loyalty. Customer Retention and Growth: Developing strategies and initiatives to retain existing customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and company offerings.
