Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or management for further action when necessary. Customer Support: Providing product or service information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers. Ensuring customers have a positive experience throughout their interaction with the company. Relationship Building: Building rapport and trust with customers to foster long-term relationships and loyalty. Proactively engaging with customers to anticipate their needs and provide personalized service. Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback and insights through surveys, interviews, and interactions to understand their preferences and satisfaction levels.
