This may involve troubleshooting technical issues, facilitating returns or exchanges, or coordinating with other departments to address customer needs. Relationship Building: You build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback. You demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions, aiming to foster trust and loyalty. Customer Feedback: You gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with the organization's products or services. You actively listen to customer input, identify trends or patterns, and relay feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement. Follow-Up: You follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and to gather feedback on the resolution process.
