They engage in proactive communication to keep customers informed and satisfied. Handling Customer Accounts: In some organizations, CREs manage specific customer accounts. They maintain records, track interactions, and ensure all customer information is up-to-date. Providing Product or Service Information: CREs have a deep understanding of the company's products or services. They educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer experience. Processing Orders and Requests: CREs facilitate order processing and handle requests for information, quotes, or service updates. They ensure accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer orders and requests.
