Recipe Development: Develop and refine recipes for traditional Continental dishes, ensuring authenticity while also incorporating modern twists and innovations. Food Preparation: Expertly prepare and cook a wide range of Continental dishes, including pasta dishes, risottos, stews, roasts, and sauces, using traditional cooking methods such as sautéing, braising, grilling, and baking. Ingredient Selection: Source high-quality, fresh ingredients such as meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, herbs, and cheeses, ensuring authenticity and flavor in each dish. Sauce Making: Prepare a variety of Continental sauces and dressings from scratch, such as bechamel sauce, hollandaise sauce, pesto, and vinaigrettes, to enhance the flavors of dishes. Pastry and Baking: Master the art of pastry and baking techniques to create a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts such as croissants, tarts, cakes, and pastries.
