We are seeking a skilled Continental Chef to join our culinary team in Thrissur. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of Continental dishes, ensuring that they meet our standards of excellence. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Develop and create new recipes, keeping in mind the preferences of our clientele and seasonal ingredients. Ensure that all food is prepared according to established recipes and portion control standards. Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations. Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic working environment. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and specials that appeal to our target audience. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques, continually seeking ways to improve and innovate our offerings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role, with a focus on European cuisine. Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and ingredients. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
