Ingredient Selection: Selecting high-quality ingredients, spices, and produce essential for Continental cooking, including fresh herbs, artisanal cheeses, imported meats, and specialty ingredients. Ensuring authenticity, freshness, and consistency in ingredient sourcing to maintain the integrity and flavor of the dishes.
