Job description

Curriculum Development: Designing and developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with computer education standards and objectives. Instruction: Teaching various computer-related subjects such as computer programming, software applications, computer hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and digital literacy through lectures, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and projects. Computer Basics: Introducing students to basic computer concepts and skills such as operating systems, file management, keyboarding, internet navigation, and email etiquette. Software Applications: Teaching students how to use popular software applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, graphics, and web development tools effectively for academic, personal, and professional purposes. Programming: Providing instruction on computer programming languages, algorithms, problem-solving techniques, and software development methodologies to help students develop coding skills and create their own programs and applications. Digital Citizenship: Promoting responsible and ethical use of technology by teaching students about digital citizenship, internet safety, online privacy, cybersecurity best practices, and copyright laws. Technology Integration: Integrating technology tools and resources, such as interactive whiteboards, educational software, online learning platforms, and multimedia content, to enhance teaching and learning experiences in the classroom. Project-Based Learning: Assigning project-based learning activities and collaborative projects that allow students to apply computer skills and knowledge in real-world scenarios, solve problems, and demonstrate creativity and innovation. Assessment and Feedback: Assessing students' understanding of computer concepts and skills through quizzes, tests, assignments, projects, coding exercises, and exams, and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
