Job description

System Monitoring: Monitor computer systems, networks, and peripheral equipment to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently. Printing and Document Processing: Operate printers, scanners, copiers, and other document processing equipment to produce printed documents, reports, or other materials. Monitor print queues, replace consumables (e.g., ink or toner cartridges), and troubleshoot printing issues. Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups of critical data and systems to prevent data loss in the event of hardware failure, system crashes, or other disasters. Test backup procedures and verify data integrity to ensure successful recovery when needed. Software Installation and Updates: Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and drivers on computer systems as needed. Ensure software licenses are up-to-date and comply with legal requirements. User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing computer-related issues or problems. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, answer questions, and provide guidance on using computer systems effectively. Security Management: Implement and enforce security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data from unauthorized access, viruses, malware, and other threats. This may include installing antivirus software, applying security patches, and enforcing password policies.
