Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and debris from floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures. Use appropriate cleaning agents, disinfectants, and sanitizers to maintain a clean and germ-free environment. Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures, to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Restock restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed. Trash Removal: Empty waste bins, trash cans, and recycling bins and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated disposal areas. Replace trash liners and ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with environmental regulations. Surface Disinfection: Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, handrails, and countertops to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. Pay special attention to areas prone to contamination and ensure thorough disinfection. Floor Care: Clean and maintain various types of flooring, including carpet, tile, hardwood, and vinyl, using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment. Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors to remove stains, spills, and grime and restore their appearance. Window Cleaning: Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to ensure streak-free, sparkling results. Remove dirt, dust, and smudges to improve visibility and enhance the appearance of windows. Surface Polishing: Polish and buff surfaces such as stainless steel fixtures, furniture, and countertops to restore shine and luster. Use specialized cleaning products and techniques to achieve a professional finish and remove fingerprints, smudges, and water spots. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies in good working condition by cleaning, inspecting, and servicing them regularly. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to supervisors for prompt resolution. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks of accidents, injuries, or exposure to hazardous materials. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and masks when handling cleaning chemicals or performing tasks that pose safety hazards. Reporting and Communication: Report any maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, or supply shortages to supervisors or facility managers promptly. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks, prioritize assignments, and ensure efficient workflow. Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to building occupants, visitors, and clients.
