Cleaning Surfaces: Clean and sanitize surfaces such as floors, walls, windows, countertops, tables, desks, and other fixtures using appropriate cleaning agents, disinfectants, and equipment. Vacuuming and Sweeping: Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Sweep and mop hard floors to remove dirt and stains, ensuring that surfaces are clean and presentable. Dusting: Dust furniture, fixtures, shelves, and other surfaces using dusters, microfiber cloths, or dusting sprays to remove accumulated dust and allergens. Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from bins, receptacles, and waste containers. Replace trash bags and liners as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and countertops. Replenish restroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer. Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, and equipment, including countertops, sinks, stovetops, refrigerators, microwaves, and dishwashers. Remove food residue, spills, and stains to prevent bacterial growth and contamination. Restocking Supplies: Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumable items as needed to ensure that facilities are well-stocked and equipped for daily use. Floor Care: Strip, wax, and polish hard floors to maintain their appearance and durability. Use floor buffers, scrubbers, and polishers to achieve a clean and glossy finish. Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Perform specialized cleaning tasks as assigned, such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, window washing, and high-precision cleaning in sensitive or controlled environments. Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage observed during cleaning activities to the appropriate supervisor or facilities management staff for prompt resolution. Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and prevent accidents or injuries while performing cleaning duties. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to chemical safety guidelines. Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous customer service to building occupants, visitors, and clients. Respond promptly to requests, inquiries, and concerns related to cleaning services, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
