Job description

Surface Cleaning: Clean and sanitize surfaces, countertops, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning agents, disinfectants, and equipment. Remove dust, dirt, stains, and debris to maintain a clean and orderly environment. Floor Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to remove dirt, dust, and spills. Use floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet cleaners as needed to restore and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of different types of flooring surfaces. Bathroom and Restroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors. Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper holders, and paper towel dispensers. Remove trash and replenish supplies to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in restroom facilities. Kitchen and Breakroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize kitchen countertops, sinks, appliances, and eating areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware. Empty and clean garbage bins and recycling containers. Maintain cleanliness in breakrooms and common areas used for food preparation and consumption. Waste Management: Collect, remove, and dispose of trash, recyclables, and hazardous materials according to established procedures and regulations. Segregate waste materials properly and ensure compliance with waste management policies and environmental standards. Room Setup and Restocking: Arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies in designated areas. Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and amenities as needed. Ensure that rooms and spaces are well-stocked and organized for optimal functionality and convenience. Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Perform specialized cleaning tasks as required, such as window washing, carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and high-precision cleaning in sensitive or controlled environments. Use specialized tools and techniques to achieve desired results efficiently and effectively. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and exposure to hazardous materials. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately and adhere to safety precautions when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Quality Assurance: Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness and condition of areas cleaned. Address any deficiencies or discrepancies promptly and take corrective action to ensure that cleaning standards are met or exceeded.
