Make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, and remove trash to maintain a neat and tidy appearance. Bathroom Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and countertops. Restock toiletries, towels, and other bathroom essentials to ensure guest satisfaction and hygiene. Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and decorative items in guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces. Use appropriate cleaning products and techniques to remove dirt, grime, and stains while preserving the integrity of surfaces. Floor Care: Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors in guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other high-traffic areas. Remove debris, spills, and stains promptly to prevent slips, trips, and falls. Use floor care equipment safely and effectively to maintain floor surfaces. Window Cleaning: Clean and polish windows, glass doors, and mirrors to ensure clarity and visibility. Use streak-free cleaning solutions and techniques to achieve a sparkling finish and enhance natural light in interior spaces. Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and waste receptacles in guest rooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces. Segregate recyclable materials and dispose of trash in designated collection areas following waste management protocols. Common Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, lounges, reception areas, corridors, and elevators. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and welcoming ambiance for guests and visitors. Outdoor Area Cleaning: Sweep walkways, patios, pool decks, and outdoor seating areas to remove leaves, debris, and litter. Clean outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and recreational equipment to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment of outdoor amenities. Special Cleaning Projects: Perform deep cleaning tasks, periodic maintenance, and special cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors or management. This may include carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, window washing, or high-dusting tasks. Quality Assurance: Inspect cleaned areas for quality and cleanliness to ensure adherence to resort standards and guest expectations. Address any deficiencies or areas requiring attention promptly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines, procedures, and protocols while performing cleaning duties. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and follow proper safety precautions to prevent accidents, injuries, and exposure to hazardous substances. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow cleaners, housekeeping staff, and other resort team members to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service. Communicate effectively, share workload responsibilities, and support each other in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for guests.
