Interior Cleaning: Clean and sanitize the interiors of vehicles, including vacuuming carpets, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows. This involves removing dirt, dust, stains, and any other debris to ensure a clean and presentable appearance. Exterior Cleaning: Wash and detail the exterior of vehicles to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants. This may include hand washing, waxing, polishing, and buffing to restore the vehicle's shine and protect the paint finish. Shop Maintenance: Keep the shop floor, work areas, and customer waiting areas clean and organized. Sweep, mop, and dust surfaces regularly to maintain a tidy and professional environment. Garbage Disposal: Empty trash bins and dispose of garbage in designated areas. Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of according to recycling and disposal guidelines. Restroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize restrooms to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards. This includes cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory levels. Replenish supplies as needed and report any shortages or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Perform specialized cleaning tasks as required, such as steam cleaning engine bays, degreasing parts, or removing stubborn stains from upholstery. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Address any cleaning-related requests or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in cleaning procedures.
